The perfect cool down is through Meditation

Before we land at the meditation, do you know the amygdala is the culprit of the fear in our brain? True, one among the two almond-shaped nuclei in the brain’s cerebrum is a fear center waiting to hear bad news. And that’s how the bad news sells faster in today’s world because someone is waiting for it.

Our brain programs in a way that stuns us! Positive news withdraws quiet signals in the brain, and the negative ones are prone to lit up, referring to negative bias. So, blame the brain all you want as this is the evident reason.

Indeed the amygdala can be switched off and on like an electrical switch! Aren’t you surprised by that fact? Researchers found the amygdala’s so-called hardware shrunk when the brain meditated.

Of course, the world is quite stressful with commitments to things, relationships, and careers. But only a few people are mastered to push it away, then what about the others? If it’s the brain’s game, how is it a health problem? But it has become one.

It’s time to reverse engineer the amygdala’s system. Our body already has a resolution to it, and that’s the parasympathetic nervous system that needs to be active on a day-to-day basis.

Haven’t you noticed the tightened muscles or the dilated pupils or the shallow breathing at the fight time? That’s because the design of the DNA reacts that way. Viola! It’s time to awaken the Kumbhkaran!

The scientist examined the mind’s and body’s genuine connection in the meditative state. The perfect healing condition could happen with the calm activity of the brainwave, reduced number of heartbeats, slower metabolism rate, and finally measured breath rate.

So that brings us back in time to what Budhha experienced, “ It isn’t an art of thinking nothing. Neither is it about focussing on one thing. As feelings, emotions, and thoughts run and pass, the unbiased and phlegmatic observation of the things as it is – called meditation.”

Ultimately mindfulness is being present while observing each breath you experience, and meditation attains it.

Meditation now has become the concern for the perfect cooldown – meaning after the exercise. Why is it?

The calmer mind after the exercise calls for meditation.

The workout may seem stressful as we begin, but it ends up with a good feeling! That’s undoubted because of the moving away of the endorphins, and now when you land at one place, the brain feels calm. That is the perfect time to meditate and be engaged with what the brain has to witness.

Relaxation relieves the brain from distress.

Rushing to the very next thing to be done every time the brain ends a specific task is common anxiousness but hold on to the moment. It’s calming to take a few breaths and relax while thanking for the supporting action of the body during the time of activity. It might be a perfect machine, but it still is a living organ.

It becomes a practice rather than a habit.

Meditation isn’t about giving time to create a new habit. It’s all about being in the moment, and it can be any time. So stop making a plan for your next actions and relax now, and that’s how meditation indulges in daily life.

Much more enjoyable than the thoughts.

Our unconscious mind may think of it as a way to skip or even rush it through, but in reality, the meditation is much more engaging than what you think it could be. It’s doing better to make the anxious brain less stressed.

It can’t be less mindful.

In the end, meditation goes way beyond unawareness. The cooldown through meditation puts us into the practice of consciousness in every move that we make. The meaning of the decision becomes more insightful than it was earlier.

It all comes down to a few lines.

The mind is a beautiful organ that holds the potential to think and respond to simulated scenarios. We are utilizing what is called the unprivileged state at the moment. What it can do is more than what you believe it can. And hence it’s time to tap into the valuable part of it to experience miracles of acceptance rather than unnecessary distress. Awaken the mind through meditation to see what it has to offer. Remember, it is not just distress alone! It makes up for the perfect activity because it connects the body and mind rather than acting on just one part of it. As asked earlier, if the reason were just stress, then there would be no room for disruptions in health, but since it isn’t the case, it makes room for disorders of health. So, it has the perfect way of healing.
